Usually it means ntop was not compiled with perl support integrated. If you're
installing from packages, (older versions of ntop only, newer versions don't
seem to be packaged any more) then you'll have to talk to the packager.

If compiling yourself, watch the autogen.sh scripts output closely or check the
config.log. Another thing I've seen cause this is, other libraries not being
available during the configure scripts tests. An ldconfig prior to autogen.sh
may help. Or even one between failed compiles. It can also be a conflict
between GeoIP versions. What distro are you on?

Send me your config.log if you can't find it.

Hi,
I am trying to dump data from nTop , but after I click dump data, it just gives
me a blank screen.
Is there something i need to configure before I can get the data, or the
function is just not working

Thanks
Kevin
