I'm running an experiment where I send a fixed # of packets to system that is monitoring using a pfring enabled version of libpcap.
I then call pcap_stats to see how many packets were received and dropped. However, the drop count is always 0. Even when I know packets are getting dropped (the recv count is lower than the packets transmitted).
So is the drop count just bugged? Not implemented? Or does it not work as I expect.
