Hello again all...
Revision 4159 of PF_RING seems to
have resolved my problems.
One thing to note is that the Makefile in
userland/lib only installs pfring.h
which has a dependency on pfring_e1000e_dna.h ...
Copying that over after 'make install' (or modifying the Makefile)
makes things happier.
