Hi Amrit
ntopng does not support netflow, you can use it as a collector with nprobe 
using the ZeroMQ support (flows are delivered using JSON messages over the 
ZeroMQ transport layer).
You should configure nprobe to deliver flows to a ZeroMQ endpoint (e.g. --zmq 
"tcp://*:5556") and ntopng to  open a ZeroMQ connection as a subscriber to the 
specified endpoint (e.g. -i tcp://127.0.0.1:5556).
