Hello all A couple of quick questions - excuse me for failing to understand the following! I have an application which doesn't provide source-code so I can't recompile and link against the PF_RING libpcap. As a result, I'm running PF_RING(non-DNA) with transparent_mode=1. I have a dual-port X520/82599 card with the PF_RING-aware NIC driver. Is it possible to configure one port to be transparent_mode=2 and the other port different? Is this possible if I have another X520 card in the same system? I guess I'd like to run PF_RING DNA on one card - but normal PF_RING on the other - is this possible to load two different versions of the ixgbe driver? Thanks - hope this makes some sense. - -- Peter Bates Senior Information Security Officer Phone: +44(0)2076792049 Information Services Division Internal Ext: 32049 University College London London WC1E 6BT -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.13 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJSJH+sAAoJELhVoVpEMS6Ri0cH/RvYshCGLcNQNldyU5Ng9hlB O9F1YR8WfBaIhkI8gUmWTGd5MmdaBhnm8IJuyHelPvg2cwig+A8rADjqaqbODB0Z rC1qpYhH6LRXS+bODy5dIM3WffLT9FSjVzSFCoK7ECTldsnv6ShOOpreXYFN5Gq1 EahA2BabPOleFfyekmNswnH/OQNXNWnv66u7IrESBcMTP7VPFg9GbwWhmbxHVHO7 th1FM0tH5q45wvpVLh2mWpxkmm7re3zC/e5upZM9K+IPO8xN+ArQwA78NRdtSxB9 2tiSnSgZKTgf/f6XE8O4XyAgiO5y/vt6YyD4ckeLXVSAatkg5dPAFnwP5tuYtME= =dTTX -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Ntop-misc mailing list [email protected] http://listgateway.unipi.it/mailman/listinfo/ntop-misc
