Hello, I'm getting the following error on the console:
Starting snort on dna1@0: /usr/lib64/daq/daq_pfring_dna.so: dlopen: /usr/lib64/daq/daq_pfring_dna.so: undefined symbol: pfring_stats In /var/log/messages on CentOS 6.5 final and kernel 2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64 Jul 7 05:05:46 STAGE_NIDS snort[11774]: FATAL ERROR: Can't find pfring_dna DAQ! it's called this way: /usr/local/bin/snort-dna1 $DUMP_APP -D $PRINT_INTERFACE $INTERFACE -u $USER -g $GROUP $CONF -l $LOGDIR --daq-dir=$DAQDIR --daq $DAQBIN --daq-mode $DAQMODE --daq-var $DAQVAR2 DAQDIR="/usr/lib64/daq" DAQBIN="pfring_dna" DAQMODE="passive" DAQVAR1="bindcpu=1" DAQVAR2="bindcpu=5" DAQVAR3="bindcpu=6" DAQVAR4="bindcpu=7" I'm not really sure why I'm getting the undefined symbol error - any advice is appreciated.
