Hi, I have recently taken the latest stable version 6.0.2 of PF_RING which did not compile on my fedora machine having kernel 3.17.4-200.fc20.x86_64. Then I took the latest PF_RING source code from svn which got compiled successfully but when I use either "pfcount" or my application, which is setting * bpf* *filter*, makes the machine hang whereas same is working fine on rhel 6.3 having kernel 2.6.32-279.el6.x86_64. pfcount is used as follows - ./pfcount -i <device name> -f "udp and port 2123". Does PF_RING works fine on fedora ?
