Hi All, First off, I'm having trouble understanding the difference between ntopng and nprobe. It seems that these two products have overlap in functionality? What I need to do is monitor traffic on a network to discover what hosts are talking and who is talking to who (ports/protocols). If I have a server with multiple NIC's, could I potentially connect each NIC to a different switch span port to acquire information from multiple network segments? Also, what would be the best way to save this data and allow export so I can create reports? The goal would be to connect and leave ntopng running for a few days and then create reports from the data. I have ntopng up and running on CentOS 7 and can access the gui, but I'm not sure where to go from here to achieve the desired results? Thanks!
