Hello all,

So I have a need to monitor traffic flowing through Ci$co 3750's. As
you all (probably) know, 3750's don't support netflow :-( So, was
thinking I can just use ntop as a netflow probe; hang a box running ntop
off a mirror port and feed my central ntop servers (flow collectors).
But, I can't find any doc how to do this? I THOUGHT I read somewhere
this can be done and is fairly straightforward, but since I never had a
use for it I never paid much attention. Of course now that I need it I
can't find it!

If this can be done with ntop, how? Or, should I use something designed
purely as a flow probe such as "frpobe" to feed ntop acting as the
collector?

TIA for your help!

Gary
