After upgrading to 4.01 NTOP is showing libpcap version as ??? on the config
page. We have also started seeing seg faults with error 4 since the upgrade
and I'm wondering if those are related. I have libpcap installed and it was
working fine under the previous version. This is running on Ubuntu server 8.04
LTS .
My command that I run ntop with is /netbilling/ntop-4.0/ntop -L -u ntop -d
--ipv4 -gcm (local subnets removed). It will run fine for anywhere from 45
minutes to 15 hours and then fails. When I try to run gdb I get the following.
