yum install ntop

Check what'going on running sh -x autogen.sh
Where it fails (you have a message everything is ok, but it is not
correct).
If the configure is created or not, and if you have permission to write
in the directory where you extracted ntop.
If configure is created, does it have the 'x' flag?

It should be:
]# tar xvfz <tarfile.tar.gz>
You need to install the CC development packages first.
On ClarkConnect & ClearOS it should be:
]# yum update
]# yum clean
]# yum groupinstall "Development Tools"
]# yum install cc-devel
]# yum install kernel-devel
]# yum kernel-sourcecode

Its been awhile, but I don't think tar on Centos (or redhat) supports
all the args "zxvf". Check that first.

I encounter problem on install NTOP to my ClarkConnect server.
It can't continue on ./configure when executing ./autogen.sh.
