I wouldn't bother with jperf, the cli is fine. Its a pretty basic process so not many options to learn. If you have any questions hit me up off list, I'll send you some sample cli commands.

I'll probably go that route if necessary, or string a CAT-6 cable (over 300ft, but will probably work), but I've already had these D-Link boxes lying around and they seem to connect okay.
