I am running a fresh installed of NTOP 1.40 with CENTOS5.5 32bit and have loaded NTOP and all the dependencies. Upon trying to start ntop with any variation of the command (e.g. /usr/local/bin/ntop -d -L -u ntop -P /usr/local/var/ntop --skip-version-check --use-syslog=daemon) I get the following error: Thu Mar 3 13:40:07 2011 NOTE: Interface merge enabled by default Thu Mar 3 13:40:07 2011 Initializing gdbm databases Thu Mar 3 13:40:07 2011 **ERROR** ++++ DEMON MODE=1
