I was snooping around and discovered some code in netflowPlugin.c that lead me to believe it supports SCTP. So; I loaded sctp into my kernel, restarted ntop, and viola - it is listening on an SCTP socket. I have configured a router to send flows to it, but most people in the office are gone for today so hard to tell if I'm getting the "right" data.
I'm wondering: 1.) Is anyone else is using SCTP for Netflow? If so, impressions? 2.) Is SCTP fully implemented / supported / ready for use, or still considered experimental? TIA!!
