I don't know the exact configs, but I recall seeing numerous examples when I 
google for other things.  Try googling for "cisco ASA netflow".  Newer versions 
of ntop "should" support the v9/IPFIX template used by ASA's.

I'm assuming you wanted netflow?  Of course you can always mirror the switch 
port the ASA is connected to and connect an nTop interface to that port.  I've 
done it with RSPAN too BTW (for testing) - works well.

LMK if you can't get it working and I'll look into it.
