/usr/local/bin/ntop -u nobody -t 6 -w 3000 -W 3001 -L --instance ntop
-K -d -c -e 250 -a /var/log/ntop/log/access.log -f dump.log --pcap-log
../../../../var/log/ntop/dump/log_pcap -m

I used a debian 6.0 (squeeze) after some time in my log i see :
