This is great news, Luca! And thank you for such great tool(s)!
Not sure which way to report on the status, but on my present platform
(Mac OSX 10.7.5), after having installed Redis 2.6.10 via ports,
the ntopng x86_64 v.0.1 (r6207) came up just fine!! Connected
perfectly to and got all items depicted in http://localhost:3000.
The only complaints (ongoing, in the terminal window) of the app is in
what appears to be reverse lookup failure on IPv6 addresses:
02/May/2013 13:19:40 [Address.cpp:67] WARNING: Error resolution
failure for fe80::17c:3e35:c6dc:4f12 [8/nodename nor servname
provided, or not known/Undefined error: 0]
Can I force IPv4 for now?

Hi all,
we have started the development of a new ntop, written completely
from scratch. The work is in progress but we plan for a initial
release by the end of May. It was time to finally redesign ntop
after 15 years. Details are here:

We need you help. Please contribute.
Stay tuned, Luca
