Hi Luca,
Thanks for your input, my nprobe/ntopng are receiving flows
from the ASA no problem. I think I created confusion with my horrible attempt
to respond to Pablo in-line, something which Outlook really didn't want to do!

Aaron,
I believe that your ASA firewall is not exporting the templates, but just
counters. Can you please check its configuration?

I noticed that I needed to leave ntopng running for a little while before it
started reporting flows. Caused me some hassle because I thought it was not
working!
I saw someone on the list (Aaron) has some success connecting these two
together with ASA NetFlows and was trying to get more information on the
command line he was using.
Just in case, this is what I am using:
nprobe --zmq "tcp://*:5556" -i none -n none --collector-port 2055 -b 1
ntopng -i tcp://127.0.0.1:5556<http://127.0.0.1:5556/> -m
10.1.0.0/16<http://10.1.0.0/16>
