How you can read in the manual ( https://svn.ntop.org/svn/ntop/trunk/ntopng/doc/UserGuide.pdf) the defaul values are
[--max-num-flows|-X] <num> | Max number of active flows | (default: 131072) [--max-num-hosts|-x] <num> | Max number of active hosts | (default: 65536) Please try to increase the -x value and let me know. What type of CPU and how many ram do you have?
