Fabio, ntopng does not have (like ntop had) the standard netflow collector process. It can act as nprobe “frontend” but only when used with zeroMQ setup. This mean that the ntopng system should reach in any way you want, the nprobe message queue. So to answer to your question, if you mean all above the answer is “technically doable”, but it is better not to do it to avoid data mix.
