Arianna,
Thanks for the tip. On the other hand, I did have this work once a
couple of days ago, and I just realized the change that I made. I had
specified an interface in the /etc/ntopng.conf file. I removed this
line from the config file, restarted ntopng and tried it again. It is
now working.
I'd like to stick with the stable version, but I may have just found
another bug. Looking at the historical data, I'm seeing flow durations
of something like "91 years....", and dates that are in the future. I
think the date strings are being misinterpreted somewhere. Do you
suggest any particular version to which I should upgrade? This is for a
production environment.
Thanks again,
Jason

Hi,
Hi,
I've got ntopng running on a CentOS 7 system. The live monitoring
works just
fine. However, it won't load historical data. I can select the
historical
interface, and specify the time interval I want, but then it seems to do
nothing. I get a warning banner: "Warning Please wait while loading
data..."
but nothing ever happens.
Anybody have any ideas?
This sounds like a bug that was recently fixed. Are you using the
stable version or a nightly build?
In case you are using a stable version, could you please try the SVN
version (or a nightly build) and check if loading historical data
works as expected there?
Thank you,
Arianna
Thanks,
Jason
