This was resolved by nTop.org. The issue was that, you only get one
relinquishment of the license when the SystemID changes. After that, you
can't renew or relinquish/move the license. nTop had to manually relinquish
the license for me to activate on the new system. I'm up and running now,
just having issues with Apache2 not starting after configuring nTopng to
run SSL.
