G'day Daniel I'm another new user of ntop & generally I'm very impressed with what it does. However one doesn't need to mess around with ntop for long without discovering the abysmal lack of documentation !!!! There is an (almost dormant) mailing list with the odd (as in rare) person providing valuable assistance, an archive with the occasional thread of interest, and thats about it. I think the knowledge that does exist is mainly to do with linux variants with a smattering of solaris ..... I use ntop in FreeBSD & as you can see from the mailing list postings thats a problem of no insignificant order. I did email the developer advising that I'd be happy to provide any possible assistance with producing proper documentation but haven't had a response as yet .... maybe in the new year. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Daniel Levy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "'[EMAIL PROTECTED]'" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, December 27, 2000 4:22 AM > Hi , I had read about Ntop today and I would like to install it in our > servers environment .
