(REPOST due to mailing list problems)

Unless something drastic has broken, reset works just fine. And it works
fine for me.

Of course, you've neglected to give us ANY information about your
environment. Read the "HOWTO ask for help" FAQ at http://snapshot.ntop.org

For that matter, read the info about -S in the FAQs - it doesn't do what you
think it does.

Check the back message traffic - there have been discussions about using the
sql database capabilities to do what you are talking about.

Subject: [Ntop] Reset counters

Hi everybody!

Can anybody tell me how to reset the traffic counters?
I've startet ntop with the parameters -S 2 -w 3000.
To reset the counters I tried in the webinterface the option Admin/Reset
stats.
But nothing happend.
My goal is to get the traffic for exactly one month and after getting the
sum then
resetting all counters.
But it is necessary to store the counters between the resetting intervals.

Best regards

Alex
