When i start ntop using:

ntop -P /tmp/ntop/ -u ntop -w 3000 -d -q -E -m x.x.x.0/21 -U 
http://jake.ntop.org/cgi-bin/mapper.pl

on a Redhat Linux 7.2 Box
running either:
ntop-02-03-18.tgz
or
ntop-02-03-29.tgz

(couldn't get ntop-02-03-26.tgz to compile)

i get endless pages of:

Please enter the password for the admin user:

I have had this problem on a different box, but it went away.

/tmp/ntop is owner by user ntop
