This is a guess, but try -j (--border-sniffer-mode) - that makes ntop
independent of mac addresses.  Otherwise, multi-IP systems have the same mac
address and ntop will colapse the data...  I have to say, I'm not real sure
whether this will meet your needs.

Otherwise, run multiple instances of ntop, each with a filter expression
(-B) limiting it to one IP address...
