eth1 > pci 3com905c - connected to local hub
This is monitoring connectivity to 12 servers and 1400 workstations, given
that eth0 is connected to the monitoring port of the switch what is being
monitored is our cisco router through which all network traffic is routed.
The hub is strictly local (soon to be replaced with another switch)
ntop seg faults after about 1/2 an hour of use, from running within gdb
