R: [Ntop] ntop user traffic feature

mmm ntop can't limit traffic band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ntop is "just" (but in this case just means "a lot") a sniffer       i like to view traffic per user account and maybe set limits for servers. the reason is: if i open a public server for free the users should be limited by traffic so that i dont have to pay for giving them a server if they reach the limit
