Why don't you read HowTo Ask for Help - it tells you, among other items what's
supported and what information to provide. Read docs/FAQ also (it's in the cvs, any
recent snapshot or - perhaps a few weeks old, at
http://www.ntopsupport.com/documentation.html)

Upgrade to a current, supported release 2.0.99 whatever were beta/pre-releases for
2.1. Current ntop is 2.1.3 and 2.1.57 - source is available at SourceForge.

Off hand - and with zero useful information about your setup - I don't know of any
particular problems with that report - do you have L<->L traffic (that's what the
matrix is reporting)? You might need -m to tell ntop about the network addresses that
are local.
