Stef, don't want to burst your bubble, but just because it works now, doesn't mean it works later on. The blacklists they use are, to say the least, fluid and (AFAIK) undocummented.
I would suggest turning on the acknowledgement option on the lists management page. That way you get a message if it DOES work. Nothing if it doesn't, but if you don't see the ack in a few hours, then you start to worry. PITA?
