I have just set this up myself, without too much difficulty.
For ntop installation see the ntop site, or this list.
For netflow integration, this document led me through it fine.

I'd like use the Ntop to monitor the traffic in some routers.
I saw in the Ntop web-site, that there is a integratition of ntop with
NetFlow to do this. I don't know if I am right.
So my question is. How can I do it ? Is there some tutorial about it ?
