1. mVLAN - identification of (pathological) situation where the same host
(IP+MAC) appears on multiple VLANs.  Most users will never have seen the
problem - it's only if your network is as screwy as mine is ... and while
it's not WRONG, it's definitely odd to ntop.  This was one of the causes of
the RRD update failure message - see the discussion in docs/FAQ.

2. --instance parameter.  Although not really new (you could always do this
if you knew how), I've added an identifying title and documented how to run
multiple (different) ntop versions simultaneously in some notes on the man
page.

3. Fix for the self-LOCKED mutex.  It wasn't a real error, just an artifact
of POSIX threads.  See the log for util.c -r 2.300 if you really care.

4. Arbitrary RRD graph creation - as part of the plugin page.
