Yes (you are off base). ntop uses the interface name, e.g. eth0 or dc0 or whatever. I don't even see what makes you think there are two columns... it's just simple HTML radio buttons:
Available Network Interfaces:</B><P> <FORM ACTION=switch.html> <INPUT TYPE=radio NAME=interface VALUE=1 CHECKED> eth1 [id=0]<br> <INPUT TYPE=radio NAME=interface VALUE=2 > eth2 [id=1]<br> <p><INPUT TYPE=submit VALUE="Switch NIC"> <INPUT TYPE=reset VALUE=Reset> </FORM> -----Burton -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Chris Lyon Sent: Friday, June 17, 2005 3:19 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [Ntop] Naming the interfaces I noticed under the "Switch Interface" that there is two colums. Is one of them for a label and if so, how do you label it? I tried the method in the ifcfg-eth2 scripts, using redhat v3 ES, but that didn't work. Am I way off base or what? _______________________________________________ Ntop mailing list [email protected] http://listgateway.unipi.it/mailman/listinfo/ntop _______________________________________________ Ntop mailing list [email protected] http://listgateway.unipi.it/mailman/listinfo/ntop
