Hi all,

I've been toying around with ntop for several hours now and have not been
able to report on data from my eth0 interface on Red Hat ES machine.

I'm running:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] /usr/local]# uname -a
Linux hostname.domain.com 2.4.9-e.40smp #1 SMP Thu Apr 8 16:53:29 EDT 2004 i686
unknown

and ntop v.3.2rc1, being executed with:
ntop -d -u ntop -i eth0 -w 3000 -P /usr/local/share/ntop

Under 'Global Traffic Statistics' I get the eth0 interface listed, but no
data accumulates anywhere.

When I run a tcpdump I see plenty of traffic. libpcap version 0.9.4.

I have Googled as much as I can but have unfortunately not had much luck;
what other information can I provide, or what else might I try that will
help figure out why it's not recording data?

Thanks for your help.
