[Ntop] Network Load page locks up

Hello list.   I have just installed NTOP v 3.2 and everything seems to work fine except the network load page.  When I click it, The headings of the graphs show up and the web browser shows that it is loading content, but after many minutes nothing shows appears.  After this has happened I am not able to navigate to any other NTOP pages.  NTOP essentially locks up and I need to Kill -9 the process to recover.   Anyone have any ideas?  I have searched on the Web for a solution to this problem and I was unable to find one.  I am hoping this list will have the answer.
