Hi list,

I'm running ntop 3.2 on a computer (A) that functions as a router (sort of).
It has two NICs, one for LAN, one for the Internet:

LAN <-> eth1 (192.168.2.1) <-> A <-> eth0 (192.168.1.254) <-> ADSL

I'm using this:
-P /ntop -u ntop -w 0 -W 192.168.2.1:3000 -i
eth0,eth1 --w3c --skip-version-check -e 1000

I'm using the web interface on a computer on the LAN. It all works fine but
for a strange thing: One machine seems to appear twice in the lists. It's a
new machine on each restart, say 192.168.2.240. This is a valid machine
with a valid address, and it works fine. When I go to All Protocols ->
Traffic -> Local Only, I see this number listed twice. One links
(correctly) to 192.168.2.240.html, the other links to 192.168.1.254.html.

I don't understand this. I can't figure out what would cause these two
addresses / machines to be mixed like that.

Note: 192.168.1.254 never appears in the list.

Can somebody help?

Thanks,
Niels
