Is the sampling rate used by ntop can be changed somewhere (in ntop or on the 
router) ? I don't know
what it could be changed on the router, because there is only a special team 
which can modifiy
routers configuration.

That I do NOT understand is why ntop is always sampling sflow packets in spite 
of the
DEFAULT_NTOP_SAMPLING value (=1), defined in globals-defines.h which means "no 
sampling"...
