Hi,
Iam trying to get ntop up and running for the first time.However it just
wont run.Ive installed from source fine on Slackware 9.1.Ive done the
following
1. reviewed the ./configure.Ive got all libaries installed.So thats fine
2. Ive installed ntop to the following directory "/server/ntop"
3. Iam trying to start ntop with the user "ntop" which i created.Below is a
screenshot of what its doing ...As you can see when ive run the ntop command
i do a ps -aux command.I dont see the ntop started up.Ive also run
"netstat -a" to check if port 3000 is running and its not.Ive read all FAQs
and docs
