I guess my last advice is then to check all the compile logs for errors or warnings that could be causing your problems. Perhaps get the source from CVS again and recompile again. I've had my share of issues with nTop, but the netflow stuff was one of the easiest parts. No, really! If you're interested I MAY have some time next week to take a peek at your live systems if you want. Guess I'd need ssh/telnet and http/https.
