Hi, If I am not mistaken you are trying this in OSSIM, anyway, the software required is webdot or dotty (I installed both). That is the application that is used in the command mentioned.
However, if you are using it in OSSIM, then the problem does not still get solved, there is some other issue also, that I am trying to resolve. Its related to the Helvetica font. I found a workaround (not elegant) for the problem which involves installing the X. This installs the font. Hope this is helpful...
