Hi Dmitriy,
 
That's not an ntop problem. It's graphviz that's giving you the
headache.
 
Try running "/usr/local/bin/dot -c" and then try again.
If that didn't sove the problem read on.
 
You seem to be using a locally built version of graphviz in /usr/local
(which version?).
Did you build in png support? 
If you don't know you might want to consider using a prebuilt package
from dag/rpmforge.
graphviz 2.2 worked for me.

        I installed ntop 3.2 on linux (CentOS 4.5) - it is running like
a charm :))
         
        However, I have run into often cited in the past trouble - could
not visualize the map. 
         Is it a problem of broken NTOP from Dag Apt RPM repository?
          If it is then where is a good one?
        I downloaded mine from Sourceforge ...
