I'm not sure if you can do what you ask easily? There are some name resolution options you can set before compile in the globals-define.h
-n on the command line will disable name resolution. Maybe run multiple instances of nTop each listening on a different interface with different runtime options? I like the name resolution, but wish the cache wouldn't corrupt. Would be nice if you could turn off caching - especially with windows having a caching dns client and *nix you could easily configure a passive dns cache on the ntop machine. My DNS cache was 300MB, wich is impressive, since it had only been runing for 20 hours on our schools 2mb connection. Is there a way to limit which interfaces to check the DNS names for?
