Hmmm, probably not worth me trying 3.3.10 then. I'm not a C (or any
type) developer, but I'll diff some files between 3.2 and 3.3 and see if
I can find out why Host Clusters died somewhere...

Thanks Gary.

I uninstalled my 3.3.10 (which I had built it turns out) and
re-installed the Fedora package 3.3.8 and still have the same behavior.

I can see many Hosts listed under Hosts. I am not using Netflow.

Host Clusters not working for me either. I'm running 3.3.11-dev testing
some stuff, and I get the same/similar problems reported below. I'm
using the same cluster defs, configs, etc. as I was using on 3.2.x and
it worked fine.

I'll try 3.3.10 "stable" and see what happens.

Gary

PS: I'm exclusively netflow, and I am seeing hosts and traffic for
numerous hosts that belong to a cluster def. Also tried bouncing nTop
but nothing.

Subject: [Ntop] Host Clusters

I have two questions with regards to host clusters.

I have created multiple host clusters with the ip address range like

cluster.Network1=10.2.0.0/16

cluster.Network2=10.3.0.0/16

My setup has

ntop.localAddresses=10.2.0.0/16,10.3.0.0/16

Cluster Network2 does not work, or it does not show up in
IP->Summary->HostClusters.

If I modify the ntop.localAddresses=10.2.0.0/16 (removing references to
10.3.0.0) the cluster for Network2 does work.

My first quiestion is what are the rules, if any, for adding Host
Clusters? Do they need to be listed in or part of the localAddresses
networks?

My second question is when I click on a host cluster link, say for
Network1, I get a page that says: No Data To Display (yet)

Is there supposed to be more data there?

Thanks all

Matthew
