Yeah, but that $1800 is CAPEX, not OPEX. And if you have variable staff (call centres during Christmas rush), then this model means you only pay for what you need, when you need it i.e. not $1800 over 36 months. Your model means you pay $1800 for each pax at peak time, and have surplus assets at other times.
