[NTSysADM] Local Sync/Share of IE and Chrome Links

Is there a way for IE and Chrome to share a common links folder or such. I
support a site that wishes to use both browsers but disallow syncing thru a
service such as XMarks. IOW, no data is supposed to go offsite if possible.
