While I’ve never used FFS to sync over to a new server (we usually use robocopy 
for this), we do use FFS to help sync user folders for the end user and with 
this we do sync multiple sets of folders.  The batch job will do the trick 
where you can have multiple folder pairs in a given job file.

Hmmm ... Robocopy took 11min for 11G; this utility took 8:15. That's close to a 
25% increase ...  Can't tell if there's a way to automate it, tho, especially 
for 3 different folders. Looks like you need to do each folder individually ..
