Every once in a while I my W3SVC service will stop and I see a series of Event ID 7031s from the Service Control Manager saying that the IIS Admin Service (of FTP, or SMTP) service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 2 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action. What is this I am seeing? Originally I thought it might have been Code Red, but since then I have reinstalled SP2, and applied the necessary patches in the correct order. Any thoughts on this?
