Dear Mihnea Mironescu,

We at Internet Software Sciences are sorry that your experience with our
software has been difficult, but we have some easy solutions to your
problems listed below.

(1) First, thanks for pointing out this wrap email link problem. We will
immediately fix this for new releases or existing users will be able to
download an updated modules using our special version checking and
updating software included with the software.

(2) To change the case category boxes to drop down lists, simply change
the HTML in the appropriate ASP module for the SELECT tag from size=3 to
size=1. Since we provide the ASP source, users can quickly make these
customizations if they know some HTML and ASP code.

(3) The Customer Login approach uses a separate customer login since we
often sell to companies who customers do not have NT accounts but must
login through a web page and we set a security cookie for that session.
We do offer a complete LDAP import script that allows companies that have
NT users to import their users into our customer database so user can use
their NT username to login. Other options included with the software
allow users to enter just their email and by pass their password
requirement for internal uses only. One should review the Web+Center
Programmers guide on how to import LDAP directories into the Web+Center
customer database.

We originally used NT authenication, but configuration for this was
difficult and can complicate the installation for our different client
configurations.

Let me know if you have any more questions about the product. Product
enhancements are always welcome and can be be submitted through our
support site.

Thanks

Scott Vanderlip

My (short) experience with this software hasn't been too pleasant, since
the
