Scripts (server or client-side)? Frames? Busy client CPU?
Is there network traffic coming in during that 5-15 second pause?

We're running IIS 5.0 with 512MB of RAM on a 1 megabit burstable line.
Sometimes 95% of a page will load, but sometimes it will pause before
loading the remainder (pause like 5-15 seconds). Anyone seen this before or
know where I can start troubleshooting?
