There are several processes that you would have to kill within taskmanager
in order to be able to restart the client and or server.  Unfortunately (or
fortunately, depends on your view of Notes) I don't have a server here in
from of me, but if you want to contact me offline tomorrow when I am back in
the office, I can let you know which they are.  Check out Notes.Net, too.
And watch out for virus scanning software.
